The exterior is made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and a 4" high back and side splash protect your walls and staff from excess grease. For easy cleaning, the cooktop is removable, and the whole unit is mounted on stainless steel legs with adjustable non-skid feet.
The Globe C24CB-SR Chefmate 24" gas charbroiler is field convertible from natural gas to liquid propane.
