The whole unit is made of double wall stainless steel for outstanding durability, and it's mounted on 4" adjustable stainless steel legs for reliable support.
This unit comes with independent controls that allows you to cook a variety of dishes with varying heat applications, all at once! A removable, stainless steel drip tray keeps the inside of the hot plate, as well as the surrounding area, free from oils spills or crumbs. Plus, thanks to the drip tray's removable design and stainless steel construction, it's easy to clean and place right back in the unit. This hot plate also features a cool-to-the-touch front edge so your employees can avoid extensive heat or any accidental burning. The Globe GHP36G 36" countertop gas hot plate is shipped as a natural gas unit and can be field converted to liquid propane.
