Keep your vertical broiler operating and producing delicious gyro or shawarma meat with this Inoksan 2500 0114 skewer set! Designed for use with PDG114MN vertical broilers, this skewer set includes everything you need to support your gyro meat.
This set includes an 8" large and 5" small meat base, a 32" long skewer, and a clip. The large and small meat bases are designed to support your gyro or shawarma meat by working with the spit on your vertical broiler to keep meat in position during roasting. The two sizes allow for handling high and low output for a wide range of meat sizes and quantities.
The 32" skewer is designed to keep your gyro or doner kebab meat upright and stable, and acts as a replacement or extra spit to the one that came with your broiler. The clip is made to securely hold your vertical broiler's spit and gyro or doner kebab meat in place so that you can get the perfect even roasting that you want.
